Ba zhang

Its the time of the year again,

Dumplings, or ba zhang, a traditional Chinese food for the Duan Wu Festival. My family tradition is well preserved by my aunties, the making of ba zhang. My mum and aunties will gather every year during this season to make our own dumplings, distribute to own relatives as well as for ourselves. It definitely has the "home flavor", i've tried all kinds of dumpling, but i still like home made dumplings with the recipe my grandma! Although she's no longer with us, but this is one of her jia chuan cai. I will learn the recipe and past in on my future kids! , sorry i am so traditional chinese haha.
